Senior software engineer in San Diego. The systems I work on tend to live where distributed software meets physical infrastructure: AI workflow engines that have to be deterministic, IoT gateways that need to survive a year on a forklift, ingestion pipelines nobody wants to wake up at 3am for.

What I think about, mostly: making long-running systems deterministic enough to reason about, and operable enough to leave on overnight.
